    After living abroad for over 12 years and landed at YYJ. I looked around to be sure I had landed in Victoria. What I want to know is how to make sence of YYJ.

    What does in mean? This was not an international airport when I left and now YYJ.
    Can someone explain to me why and what ir means?

    Confused to no end.

    YYJ is indeed the Victoria International Airports designation… Many people who use social media in Victoria have the hashtag yyj on their search. When they do search yyj they will find us… It is one of our ways of using social media more effectively… Some of the other skeptic groups in Canada are also starting to do the same thing…
